This May over 400 women in the greater Sacramento area will be taking part in Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento’s annual “Women Build”– an annual month-long event that recruits and empowers women of all different ages, backgrounds, and industries to come together to build homes and make a powerful and visible impact on our local Sacramento and Yolo County community through housing. Through Women Build Month, women raise funds and awareness, as well as volunteer on various Habitat build, repair, and neighborhood revitalization projects in Sacramento and West Sacramento.
