Salvation Army and Walmart Team with Community to Collect School Supplies

Listen: Lt. Larry Carmichael

The Salvation Army and Walmart are teaming up to hold one-day school supply drives at approximately 3,000 Walmarts across the country. In the Sacramento area media market, there are 22 Walmart locations participating. There are nearly 50 locations across the Del Oro Division (Northern California and Northern Nevada) which you can see on the attached map. These drives will provide local children with the necessary tools they need to succeed this school year.
