Historic Apartment Building is Reburbished in Downtown Sacramento

A $7.5 million rehabilitation project at the Bel Vue Apartments in downtown Sacramento celebrates a grand opening of the residential units.

The Bel Vue was built in 1909 and is listed as a landmark on both the Sacramento Historic Register and the National Historic Register. The building contains 22 one-bedroom units, including one manager’s unit and features community recreation space, laundry facility, resident services office, and on-site property management and commercial retail space on the ground floor. The Bel Vue is close to public transit, retail services and other quality of life amenities. Monthly rent for a one bedroom unit is $470 to $941 based on income eligibility.
