Folsom Cordova Will Break Ground on First New School in Over a Decade

The Folsom Cordova community is getting its first new school in more than a decade. When completed, Mangini Ranch Elementary School will serve hundreds of students and families living in the new Folsom Ranch neighborhood south of Highway 50.

Mangini Ranch Elementary is scheduled to open for the 2021-22 school year and will feature an innovative, two-story single building design with state-of-the-art collaborative spaces for students in grades K-5.

It will be the first of five new elementary schools, one middle school and one high school planned for Folsom Ranch in the years to come.
