The California DMV is hosting a REAL ID-only event on Saturday, February 22, 2020, at the Davis DMV Field Office at 505 Pole Line Road Davis, CA 95616 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is offering this special Saturday REAL ID-only service to encourage residents of Yolo County and the surrounding area to start the REAL ID process now. The federal enforcement date is October 1, 2020, and will require residents to show a valid passport or other federally approved document, like a REAL ID driver license or identification card, to board flights within the United States and access secure federal facilities and military bases.
