Backpackers and campers stuck in the fast-moving Creek Fire in the Sierra National Forest are rescued by the hundreds by the California Army National Guard. So far, 385 rescued along with 27 animals.
Col David Hall, in charge of the rescue, was on NBC's Today Show and Live on CNN this afternoon before I had the chance to talk with him, He knows the area well as many of the people who were rescued.
