Listen: Sarah O'Daniel, SHRA's Director of Housing Innovation talks about a new program that will provide emergency rental assistance to renters who are experiencing loss or reduction in wages due to COVID-19.The Sacramento Emergency Rental Assistance(SERA) program will accept online applications Friday, October 9 through Thursday October 22, 2020.
The SERA program will pay up to $4,000 per eligible household for back rent and possibly current rent if the applicant is still experiencing loss or reduction in wages.
