Wendi Locatelli is a Sacramento resident and mom of three. Wendi lost some of her limbs do to an illness, but that hasn’t held her back. While juggling the busy life of a mom, Wendi is also currently training to swim in the Paralympics! In February, Wendi was matched with Service Dog Wazowski, who she lovingly refers to as “Wazzy,” free of charge from Canine Companions. Wazzy picks up dropped items for Wendi and returns them to her, opens and closes doors and provides constant companionship.
