Help A Young Girl Raise Money For Sick Cats
Sophie Lin, a resident of Vacaville, has taken it upon herself to start a fundraiser for sick cats. When Sophie's Sunday school teacher, Joselin Hernandez, asked the students to think of ways to "give back" to those they are thankful for, Sophie answered, "I'm thankful for cats."
With the help of her teacher, Sophie has started a GoFundMe to help sick cats. Sophie is allergic to cats and can't have one of her own but has a big heart for them. So, this fundraiser is her way to help the kitties while they wait for their forever home.
All proceeds go to the San Francisco SPCA. Maybe a young person can do this in Sacramento!
