Rocklin City Hall Welcomes New Mural, Part of Wide Open Walls Program

The city of Rocklin has a new art installation. . The mural, painted on the side of the Rocklin City Hall building, is the work of artist John Horton.The project is being sponsored by the City of Rocklin, Quarry Park Adventures and Visit Placer in collaboration with the Wide Open Walls program. The art installation at Rocklin City Hall is the first Wide Open Walls project in Placer County.
