The Downtown Sacramento Partnership released its quarterly investment activity snapshot for the first quarter of 2021 showing promising growth and recovery for the region's urban core. With nearly 30% more space in development today than a year ago and more than 2,500 residential units currently under construction across the grid, downtown Sacramento has the potential to power our regional recovery efforts. These promising development updates, in addition to the recent “Now Hiring” Initiative, show continued interest in the Central City.
