.Listen: Dr. Donna O'Shea, Chief Medical Officer of Population Health Management at UnitedHealthcare talks about how to get healthy this summer by doing things as simple as walking.

She also explains that UnitedHealthcare has a sweepstakes and is going for a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title. People can go to UHCStepUp.com, and pledge to make health a priority this summer, and they may become eligible to win one of over 100 fitness-related prizes, including a dream home gym with a Peloton Bike.** Plus, you will join golf star Rory McIlroy as we go for a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title achievement for the most pledges received for a health campaign in one month. On behalf of the first 60,000 people to sign the pledge, UnitedHealthcare is donating $1 each for a total of $60,000 to Boys and Girls Clubs, The sweepstakes runs all summer long, but we are encouraging everyone to join from June 15 to July 15 to help us break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title.

The official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title attempt is for the most pledges received for a health campaign in one month and it’s taking place from June 15 - July 15, 2021. To join the sweepstakes, go to UHCStepUp.com. It’s open to U.S. residents 18 and older. Void where prohibited. For eligibility and official rules, go to uhcstepup.com.
