Cosmetology & Barbering Professionals Rally at the Capitol Against SB 803

A barbering/beauty industry rally being staged in front of Senator Richard Roth’s district office at the State Capitol today re: SB 803, a bill that professionals say would dramatically and negatively impact their industry.
