Veteran nonprofit Nation’s Finest will host a Mental Health Awareness EXPO on Nov. 9 in Mather to provide information to veterans about self-care. The EXPO is scheduled from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Mather Veteran’s Village, located at 10621 Schirra Avenue.
Resources offered include mental health, employment, housing, wellness, recovery, and more. Each booth will be prepared to provide actionable advice, reference material, and referrals to veterans in attendance. Lunch will be provided to all veterans attending by Buckhorn’s Food Truck at no charge.
Veterans of all eras and branches of service are welcomed at this free event, regardless of where they served or for how long
