Workplace Attorney Breaks Down Federal Covid Business Mandate

The Biden administration is setting a COVID vaccine mandate deadline for larger companies. Businesses with at least 100 employees are now required to implement the vaccination requirements, with the deadline set for January 4th. The federal rule also gives employees the option of being tested weekly if they refuse to be vaccinated.
