Los Angeles Police arrested more than a dozen smash-and-grab robbery suspects who were subsequently released under California's zero-bail policy. Chief Michel [[ Michael ]] Moore and Mayor Eric Garcetti [[ gar-SET-ee ]] announced on Thursday that police arrested 14 people. Moore said there were eleven smash-and-grab robberies in the city between November 18th and the 28th. Thieves stole 338-thousand dollars worth of property and did more than 40-thousand dollars in property damage. Investigators haven't determined if any of the robberies are connected.
