Listen: Sacramento Vice Mayor Angelique Ashby
The former home of the Sacramento Kings, The Sleep Train arena, could see new life. The Sacramento City Council will be reviewing an ordinance on Tuesday that if passed, would green light a California Northstate University Hospital, medical campus, and a development that would include residential and commercial additions where the Sleep Train Arena sits in Natomas. The economic impact would be considerable, adding up to 87-thousand jobs over the next ten years.
