The Sacramento City Council tonight reviews a proposal for Innovation Park in the existing Sleep Train Arena site.

The centerpiece of Innovation Park is the $1 billion California Northstate University teaching hospital. 

The hospital and surrounding development of student and teacher housing was the brainchild of Dr. Cheung.
