Sac DA Anne Marie Schubert on the Mass Shooting and Help for the Victims

The Family Assistance Center opened at 1600 Exposition Blvd (Cal Expo) Lot D Entrance to provide support and services to victims and their families who were affected by K street shooting. This center will be open from 8:30AM to 5:00PM and is a place for those who were present at the incident and family members of the victims to receive information on supportive services to help them through this tragic event. This center is staffed by Victim Witness Advocates, the American Red Cross emotional support team, and Sacramento crisis/trauma chaplaincy. Additional community agencies may also be present to provide support and assistance.
