Cherise Jackson grew up surrounded by immigrants. She knows the struggles of leaving one's home firsthand. However, many Ukrainians are being forced to leave much more behind as well.
For this reason, she wanted to hold this event to support the many struggling families in Ukraine. It is one small way that anyone with the heart to can give back.
This will be an opportunity for anyone who is interested to paint beautiful works of art in support of Ukrainian refugees. All art produced will be auctioned online, with proceeds going to support Ukrainian Refugees via UNICEF.
Artists of all levels from amateur to professional are invited to RSVP to attend. Painting will be done in acrylic paint on canvas. Paints are provided, and several canvases as well while supplies last! But artists are encouraged to bring their own if they do have some.
