As Mosquito fire evacuees remain displaced due to evacuation orders, many are in need of pet supplies and food as they take shelter with their animals. To provide some relief to those in need, Placer SPCA is offering free pet food and supplies to those impacted as firefighters continue to battle the raging Mosquito fire.
Evacuees who are sheltering with their pets and are in need of pet food and supplies are invited to come in to the Placer SPCA Adoption & Education Center in Roseville to pick up available items they need during this difficult time. No appointment is necessary, assistance will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Assistance is dependent on the supplies Placer SPCA has available.) You must be prepared to show identification or other documentation showing proof of residency.
