Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Sacramento is launching a brand-new program in their Asian bistro, Youyu, this month, that is the first of many partnerships with iconic Northern California Asian restaurants that are known and respected for creating the most culturally authentic, hand-crafted Asian dishes.

 

The featured restaurant partner will change every few weeks and we begin with iconic Bay Area dim sum restaurant, HL Peninsula, curators of authentic Chinese Dim Sum cuisine at four locations in the Bay Area. The partnership is the first to be featured in a newly developed program to align Youyu with restaurants with a long history of honoring the cultural traditions of Asian cuisine.
