A Visit to NATO as Finland Joins as the 31st Member

In a historic move, NATO is ratifying Finland's application - making the country the 31st member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and dramatically changing the security landscape in Europe.

A ceremony was held Tuesday morning outside of the NATO headquarters in Brussels, Beglium to raise the Finnish flag alongside the other 30 member states.
