If ever anyone needed an excuse to enjoy the great outdoors, this is it. California is celebrating the second annual State Parks Week. The fun kicked off yesterday with a focus on exploring new experiences; today it's all about health and well-being. That includes tai chi at Folsom Lake, yoga at Seacliff State Beach, and a meditation walk in the Redwood forest. Events are planned at all 280 parks through Sunday. Visitors can go online to register.
