Metro Chamber & Businesses Say City Response to Measure O is Unacceptable

Late last year voters passed Measure O (also known as the Emergency Shelter and Enforcement Act) that has now gone into effect. However, the Metro Chamber and Sacramento Region Business Association have stepped out to express strong displeasure about the process and lack of progress.
