Capital College & Career Academy, a new local charter school serving students throughout the area, has been victim of more than $500 worth of plants stolen in the middle of the night . Students have worked diligently during the past few weeks to replant the plants, but they were again stolen by the same person a third time.
In a spirit to rebuild community, North Sacramento Police Department has chipped in to help the students replant the landscape.
