As hippie scenes and the political fervor of the late 1960's pulsed out of San Francisco, a small group of suburban Sacramento teenagers wanted nothing more than to somehow become part of it all. What they did – and what came next – are the unforgettable, true, and surprising stories of WATERFALL: A Rock Band.
This is a coming-of-age story told 50 years later, about making music, making choices, growing up, and finding truth.
Join us at the Harris Center on September 21, 2024 (7pm) for this double-feature Sacramento Film Premiere! Meet the musicians, too, after you hear them describe - on screen - their hippie-lifestyle and coming-of-age experiences in this pivotal time of social revolution. Find out about the crossroads they faced, how they came to terms with the future, and where their lives are today.
Tickets are ONLY available at the Harris Center Box Office or online at harriscenter.net
(Beware of unofficial ticket sites!)
The films are (PG13) not suitable for young children.
The run time is 2 hours with a 20-minute intermission after the first hour.
