Downtown Railyard Venture has selected Sutter Property Group (SPG) as its exclusive retail leasing broker for key commercial areas of the Railyards. SPG’s Mark Cardano and brothers Simon and Henry de Vere White will be curating the dining, entertainment and retail concepts spanning more than 200,000 SF of leasable space.
