Red kettle bell ringers will be out Friday through Sunday, Dec 19-21) 6 to 8:30 pm at 42nd and 43rd Streets in the Fabulous 40's (weather permitting) and at Compton's Market Dec 22, 23, 24 from 1 to 5 pm at 4065 McKinley Blvd, Sacramento
